Well, think of it this way Boom.
Remmebr the "Post it all you can" thread back at EGA. Think of that, but with it's only section! So rather than using one thread, all that random 'god-knows-what' that goes in there can be stuck in their own individual threads. May not be a real topic starter, but gets the word out on something... uh... "Random and spontanious"! 
Example: OMG, China are actually launching missiles into the sky to explode and actually affect the weather so that it rains, or doesn't!!!
Literally, this is a real thing they're doing. but from what i saw on the news today, I think they screwed up, because Beijing is covered in smog!... icky!!!!
