Person Above You!The alternate to "Person Below You", except in here you're stating something about the person above you. Or merely talking towards them... try to be friendly in here.
(in some one of the Forum's I'm on, in this topic some people will say something about the person a few blocks up from them, as well as the person who poatsed before them)
NOTE: using a ^ can be appreviated for "Person Above Me"
