In anticipation of the hordes of people who will hopefully come to this site, i've decided to make a thread for guitarists, to discuss songs, tabs, practice routines, scales, keys, music theory in general, chords, what guitar/amp/effect to buy etc.
Or if you want you can just talk about guitar related bands.

I havn't played my guitar for ages now. lol I tried to retune it not long ago though and gave up on it.
Hey, Rokeman, you should leanr Eruption by Van halen, already lol

It's not like it's hard to learn like most instrumentals... I could have promted you to learn "The Crusade", but if you think about it, the riffs are mostly similar to each other anyway.
Dude.......... learn.... Make Van Halen proud!!!

"Eruption" isn't something that can be easily copied though. i'm more happy making up my own solos, and the occasional Iron Maiden solo or Kirk Hammet lick
